Too much Turkey?  Try a set with Tempo Trainer and Tether to get yourself back Together.

4 X 100 choice on a sendoff that gives approx. 30 seconds rest
Use a Tempo Trainer.  Descend time on final 2 X 100.  If you keep the Tempo Trainer at the same cadence on all four 100s, you will need to take fewer strokes (or have faster turns) to get your descend.

100 easy recovery

2 X 25 on the tether

6 X 75 with fins on a sendoff that gives 20-25 seconds rest

Each 75 is 25 dolphin on your back + 25 butterfly + 25 freestyle

50 easy recovery

2 X 25 on the tether

5 X 50 freestyle with Tempo Trainer on a sendoff that gives 15 to 20 seconds rest

Extra 1 minute rest to re-set your Tempo Trainer at a faster cadence (your choice of how much faster)

5 X 50 freestyle

50 easy recovery

2 X 25 on the tether

Sorry....could you have some videos of the paraolympians???I saw some in the last olympics and I was so impressed...they swam better than I do..please put some videos up of them for inspiration...I have only a hearing impairment..I have never heard the gun go off on all my races when i was competing...and yes, I would look at the starter...and yes, i did win most of my races...had to be fastest off the blocks...now I have to revamp my stroke and love your videos!
