Looks like superman with enormous lats flying through the sky at sunset with birds in the background flying across.

Maybe he is just flying through the water and the birds are out of the water or they are fish swimming by underwater.

Billy, you sort of stole mine. Though I would say Superman has just used his heat-emitting vision to blow something up. Or, he's just learned the straight-arm freestyle and the heavens have opened up.
